Multi-Purpose High-Rise Building & Blue Area, Islamabad

A physical scale model was developed for a multi-purpose high-rise building in the Blue Area, Islamabad. The model showcases the building’s overall massing, floor layout, and surrounding urban context. It highlights functional zoning, circulation, and integration with the surrounding cityscape, helping visualize the architectural concept and the building’s role as a prominent urban landmark.

Ford Vehicle Display Showroom – Physical Model

A small-scale physical model was developed for a Ford vehicle display showroom. The model represents the compact showroom layout, display zones, and overall architectural form. It highlights the showroom concept, vehicle display arrangement, and visitor circulation, making it an effective presentation model for showcasing the design idea and spatial organization.

Pir Wadhai Adda – Physical Model

A physical scale model was developed to clearly explain the redesigned proposal of Pir Wadhai Adda. The model shows the overall layout, including road networks, bus bays, passenger movement, and functional zones. It also highlights how Pir Wadhai Adda connects with the surrounding city, major roads, and nearby areas, presenting it as an integrated urban transport hub. The model helps in easy visualization of planning, circulation, and urban connectivity.

Waris Khan Metro Station Physical Model

A physical scale model was developed for the Waris Khan Metro Station, along with its surrounding back area in Rawalpindi. The model illustrates the metro station layout, access points, pedestrian movement, and circulation. It also highlights the integration of the station with the surrounding urban fabric, showing connectivity with nearby roads, neighborhoods, and public transport links. The model helps visualize spatial planning and the station’s role as an important urban transit node.

Welcome Center, Gulberg Greens Islamabad – Physical Model

A physical scale model was developed for the Welcome Center Plaza located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The model represents the overall building form, site layout, access points, and surrounding context. It helps visualize the architectural massing, circulation, and spatial relationship between the plaza and its surroundings, serving as an effective tool for understanding the design concept and site integration.

Islamabad International Airport – Physical Model

A physical scale model of Islamabad International Airport was developed for FWO (Frontier Works Organization). The model represents the terminal building, runways, taxiways, access roads, and passenger circulation. It was displayed at the Railways & Aviation Expo held at the Convention Center, serving as a key presentation piece to showcase airport planning, connectivity, and large-scale infrastructure expertise.

Eastern Wastewater Treatment Plant (33 MGD) – Faisalabad City, Phase-I

A detailed physical model of the Eastern Wastewater Treatment Plant (33 MGD) for Faisalabad City, Phase-I was developed to demonstrate the planning, treatment process, and overall facility layout. The model highlights key components including treatment units, circulation, and functional zoning. The project was presented to the Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, to emphasize the urgent need for modern wastewater treatment infrastructure. The presentation showcased how the project will help improve environmental conditions, protect water resources, enhance public health, and support sustainable urban development in Faisalabad.

Extension of Water Resources for Faisalabad City – Phase I

A detailed physical model was developed for the Extension of Water Resources project for Faisalabad City, Phase I, to demonstrate the proposed infrastructure planning and system layout. The model illustrates key components including water supply networks, reservoirs, pumping stations, and distribution zones. The project was presented to the Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif, highlighting the urgent need to strengthen water resources to meet Faisalabad’s growing population and industrial demand. The proposal emphasizes sustainable water management, improved supply reliability, and long-term resilience of the city’s water infrastructure.

PC Tower – Bahria Phase 7

A physical scale model was developed for PC Tower in Bahria Phase 7 for AAA Associates. The model illustrates the overall building massing, functional layout, circulation, and surrounding context, highlighting office spaces, commercial zones, and amenities. It serves as an effective tool to visualize the architectural concept, spatial organization, and connectivity, allowing clients and stakeholders to fully understand the project design.

Business Center, Riveria – Bahria Phase 7

A physical scale model was developed for the Business Center in Riveria, Bahria Phase 7. The model showcases the overall building form, functional zones, circulation, and site layout, highlighting spaces for offices, commercial areas, and amenities. The project was developed for AAA Associates, demonstrating the architectural concept, connectivity, and efficient space planning to stakeholders and clients in a clear, visual manner.

Multi-Purpose Farmhouse – Physical Model

A physical scale model was developed for a multi-purpose farmhouse, showcasing the overall site layout, building forms, and functional zones. The model highlights residential areas, recreational spaces, landscaping, and service facilities, providing a clear visualization of spatial planning and design intent. The project model was presented to the Vice Chancellor of GC University Faisalabad, demonstrating the farmhouse’s design, circulation, and integration of indoor and outdoor spaces to effectively communicate the architectural concept to stakeholders.
